1. Acceptance
By using Velora services, you agree to these terms and to any product-specific rules published on the relevant product pages.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for account credentials and actions performed through your account.
- Access may be suspended if account compromise, abuse, or infrastructure risk is detected.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Subscription terms, billing periods, and pricing are shown in the app, on the App Store purchase sheet, or on the corresponding product pages before purchase. Payments may be handled by Apple or other third-party providers, and those providers may apply their own operational rules for invoices, refunds, chargebacks, or subscription management where applicable.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in their Apple ID subscription settings. Access remains active until the paid period expires unless revoked for fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.
4. Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, malware, attacks, abuse of infrastructure, or unauthorized testing of systems.
- Attempts to bypass technical limits, licensing boundaries, or product access controls.
5. Availability and liability
Velora aims for stable service, but no online system can guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Velora is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or data loss caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
